The Experience
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session starts.
You will be welcomed by your host with a quick briefing and introduction to the sauna.
Listen to your body, you set the pace. If you are new to sauna or would like guidance, our recommended experience is; Rinse (wash before getting in the sauna), Get hot (sauna for 5-15 mins), Get cold (rinse, plunge or embrace the Scottish air), Rest (allow your body to reach equilibrium) and Repeat.
What to bring:
Please bring swimwear (swimwear bottoms must be worn at all times), x2 towels (one to sit on in the sauna, one to dry off) and a bottle of drinking water. You will also need confirmation of your booking (eg. email confirmation/print out). Flip flops, a dry robe and comfy clothes are recommended to allow a quick change.
Please note there are NO toilet facilities onsite. Public toilets are available in neighbouring villages.
