Cancellation/refund policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we work to keep things fair and simple for everyone:

Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before your booking: Full refund, minus a £5 admin fee.
  • Between 72 and 48 hours: 50% refund plus a £5 admin fee.
  • Less than 48 hours: The full booking fee will be charged.

To cancel a booking please email us at info@greatglensauna.com with your full booking details (name, date, time etc). 

Reschedules

We understand sometimes things happen and you may need to reschedule. If this is the case please email us at info@greatglensauna.com with your full booking details (name, date, time etc). 

If you cancel or fail to show up on the day of your booking no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 

Great Glen Sauna Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds or rescheduling will not be offered to anyone refused admission.

Weather Policy

We operate rain or shine! In severe weather conditions that make set-up or operation unsafe, we’ll offer to reschedule your session.
